Been stuck on 9001 for weeks. Called today and irs has no record of ever receiving return even though wmr and turbo tax both said return accepted 1/14/2019. Anyone else?

Yes! @mandy it took forever today to actually speak with someone. 1st IRS call today they said no return filed. After finally talking to turbo tax and trying to figure out how to resubmit. The mail came and I had a letter stating that my refund was on hold because they needed an 8968 and a 1095a that I was unaware of because apparently out marketplace ins didn’t actually cancel when it was SUPPOSED too and they are claiming we had ins jan-mar 2018. 2nd call to is after receiving the letter they finally found our return but she had to dig. Long story short we had to fill out all the forms and 10hrs later I’m done 😒

What extension number did you call? I’ve been trying to call the 362 one listed on wmr and it keeps telling me the call volume is too high and to call later or next day 😒

That could mean you were re-sequenced I would check over the next few days and see if anything changes also try and see if you can order your transcripts and lastly google the tax advocate number so you can get help with speeding up the process hope this helps
