Michigan in college town alot of apartments think helps keep price down. I could get a 2 bed 1 bath as low as 550. But they aren’t kept up the greatest. But average 2 bedroom runs 650-850. Considering a 4 bedroom 3 bath and that’s 1140, but slightly too big.

@ LadyLuck
If you don’t mind me asking…what city do you live in? I wish I would find somewhere to rent that was under $700 a month! I know Pocatello, Idaho has pretty affordable housing, but in the Salem/Keizer (Oregon) area, there is nothing under $1100k a month, (which is what I pay for a CHEAP 3 bedroom apt) Most 2 bedroom apartments are 1k and 3 bedrooms are usually way more expensive than the $1100 I pay.
WE NEED MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSING EVERYWHERE!!! -

Tax advocates can speed things up if you are in dyer hardship like living in a hotel. Also there is tons of rental assistance out there through our Florida if you are in Florida. Praying your deposit hits mine too

When you are paying 340/week for motel room can’t get ahead you tend to get excited knowing you will have means to rent an apartment for half the cost. (Just need the damn deposit for life of me no clue how people can take advantage of system. When I can’t even get into it. Shit is messed up)

A lot of people use their tax return to buy things they normally wouldn’t or help with a large purchase. Jesus man, don’t be a dick. Considering it took more effort to make a topic about people crying than it takes to skip over them says more about you than it does them…

For some, it’s absolutely that serious. Every five minutes is unnecessary but every day, I can understand.

I work in healthcare, non stop, all year long. You don’t get to tell me what to do. I haven’t checked transcripts ONCE, not that it’s your business anyway.
Did you get the attention you needed so desperately?

It’s serious but I understand what he’s talking about lmao.
People that already have their DDD still be checking their transcripts like they’re gonna get their refund faster. Blowing up phone lines to the IRS and banks asking about their refunds even though they’re a week out before their direct deposit date.

Serious enough to create a topic telling other people what to do? I do see your point but if it’s not that big of deal…..
