Stimulus sent to closed account

I’m so upset and irritated, it’s ALWAYS something. So with my first stimulus check it should’ve went on my TT card but when I got onto the where’s my stimulus tracker thing it said it was being mailed, so I went and entered my current (at the time) account info because it was an option. They still sent it as a check. That account was closed three months ago. I assumed I’d get a check because that’s what happened last time, I finally log on today and it was sent to my closed account. I just wanna hear from anyone who had this happen with their first check and who knows any information on this specific circumstance. I can’t wait till my tax return, my daughter has a lot of special needs right now and I can’t even manage rent. I’m so worked up right now, this should’ve happened months ago, it must be so nice to not NEED this check like the people in charge of this stuff who take months deciding how much we should get.

Same thing with me. I can NOT wait until tax time i need it now. Hopefully they send a check or card SOON
