Stimulus check scheduled to be mailed may1

Anyone else get an update on gmp to a check being mailed may 1st? Not seeing may people that have. Anyone think we will get it before the 1st?

My status on gmp says check was sheduled to be mailed on may 4th it’s now may 8th and no check has came yet….how long will it take to arrive?

The Govt Stimulus Get My Payment does not allow me to receive updated information besides the notice: “You’ll get it in the mail and we’ll send it out on May 1st.” Knowing how the government is so slow to get things done, I’ll just wait patiently for it. I’m in California. Someone delivering Meals on Wheels food to my elderly parents said that they received their check in the mail today. Nothing for me today. Maybe tomorrow.

I received my check yesterday may 5th. I live in San Antonio Texas. I told my wife I would believe it when I see it. Check are coming so don’t lose hope. I hope and pray y’all receive your check soon. Good luck and God bless you all. Thank you for the support.

Mine said scheduled to be mailed may 1st and it’s may 6 and still no check my friend had a date of apr 24 and recieved Apr 27 and we live in same zip code . Has any one recieved theirs

Mine also says schedualed to be mailed may 1 our bank account was closed they tried sending it to them but bank rejected it I checked this morning get my payment tool still said schedualed to be mailed may 1 I live in wisconsin and really hope it’s here tomorrow

Hello, so mine was scheduled to be deposited on 4/30/2020 to my account. Still no deposit or any type of update as to what’s going on….and every single time I search the questions pertaining to it, all fail to acknowledge this issue and don’t mention it at all. Has anyone found out the reason as to why? Or when we’ll be getting our checks deposited or in mail? I don’t see how a automatic direct deposit that was scheduled doesn’t go thru or is days late….

My check was supposed to mailed out by may 1st as well .. I saw bugsy post yesterday about receiving there check yesterday.. they live in Kentucky. I live in San Antonio Texas so I’m assuming that my check will be in the mail today. Or Wednesday at the latest.. If the checks are coming from Pennsylvania like my tax return checks usual comes..I was post another update tomorrow. Good luck y’all God bless

From my reading and understanding those that meet the income guidelines and file jointly with their spouse are entitled to $2400 those amount does not include dependents If there were any children under age 16 filed on tax return that’s an addition $500 per child. Both you and your spouse name will appear on the check.

Can I ask u two question about your check??? First is did you file jointly??? Second is are you and your spouse name on the check or does it say the head of households name??? If you could let me Kno I’m curious if my wife’s and I both are names will be on the check because our bank is closed and idk if I could deposit it threw the atm cause we each have separate bank accounts..

Got an email from.informed delivery this morning with a picture of our check. Now just praying it actually comes today.

I have a quick question My wife and I filed our taxes together and we enter our info In the WMP portal. Two days later said we were getting a check may 1st.. both our WMP say mailed by may 1st. My first question is does that mean we are getting 2400??? Second question is for those of you that received a check for your self and your spouse (meaning received 2400) are both names on the check or the head of households name only???

My payment is also scheduled to be sent by may 1st. I was thinking about there no way they could sent all the payments out in one day so I’m assuming that they send then threw the week and everyone mailing less than 20k will have there check sent by may 1st. I Updated the DD info on the 15th to go to my chime card but when get my payment finally updated it says check is due to be mailed by may 4th.

Yes, i just checked my Usps informed delivery, my check is coming in the mail today! Earlier than expected

Wells Fargo should be able to tell you if they ever recd the deposit, again mine was sent to a closed account the bank verified it went there and was sent back-I now am showing May 1st mail date- I think the only thing you can do is hope it comes in the mail. The IRS letter or White House letter gives a number to call of no assistance just a general fact message.

Had a DD set up to go to my active Wells Fargo account. Showed it as going direct deposit for a week and then suddenly it went to showing May 1st mailed date. No idea why. My checking account is obviously open – no one can tell me why it’s being mailed now and Wells Fargo was of no help.

Agreed I was just let go as well do to our epidemic, so it is much needed who knows when I will rec unemployment I have worked all my life and a military veteran and never had to use unemployment just my luck had to be now!

We haven’t received a letter yet. Ours was also sent to a third party account and sent back. Updated Saturday to a mail date of may 1. Hoping it comes early and to the right address.

I am also scheduled for May 1st after a direct deposit to a closed account, recd the letter saying it was sent to the account but the system updated a check to be mailed May 1st-so we shall see.
