      Just letting everyone know that my stimulus is being deposited into an old account. I called the bank nearest me and they couldn’t do anything. So I called the one 45 mins from me where I opened the account and they said they would let it go through and send it to my new account!

          Yeah sorry guys! If only the IRS could just get their heads outta their asssand we would all be okay

            I also tried that for my 2nd stimulus check. Chase said they would deposit it into my new account (old one was closed after fraudulent activity). Two days later, Chase sent me a msg saying “As discussed, we returned your stimulus back to the IRS”. :(

              Never thought of doing that! No luck for me. I called the headquarters and they were not willing to help at all. They said I just needed to wait for the check to be mailed.
