So I filed 2/7 and didn’t get accepted until 2/11 around 2/26 I got the message your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. Tax topic 152 and has been stuck there ever since.
Called at 21 days and was told everything looks fine give it a week or two , but then they said they couldn’t find my 2017 tax return because I wasn’t the primary my husband was….. person I spoke to said he verified the information again give it a week maybe 2. That was 2/28.

Called again was told I was resequenced to 2/18 and to wait the 21 days and maybe 2 weeks more after that. & watch the wmr to ensure I don’t under 45 day review & that phone call as made March 4.

Well I called again today because I’m impatient and bills are piling up and was told they are in the end process with my tax return and to give another 2 weeks. Everything looks fine again they brought up my 2017 tax return and was told since my husband was the primary that throws off the system but it looks like it’s moving along I’m not under review , they haven’t sent any paper work. She then asks if I have a hardship and if so they can give me a tax advocate. So if by end of week I see no change I’ll be calling for that tax advocate because I’ll be need the fund to pay rent.

What a shit show of a tax return year lol I’ve never had this happen before

I’m in the same boat. Exact same. I have been told 4 different things by IRS reps and I’m filing for advocate right now. On 30 min or so hold waiting for someone to answer

          Where’s my money?!?

I’d go ahead an can for an advocate. I called to get one because I’ve been waiting since 2/1 and after your assigned an advocate it takes about a week for them to contact you.
