Still waiting on acceptance

Filed Electronicly at 4pm central on the 26th. I thought I would have recieved a email saying i was accepted by now. I usuall file early but this year i file 2 days before the irs opened.

Could the irs be that backed up that my return is still in que?

I filed my bf taxes on 1/25 around 9pm and he is still not accepted through turbotax.. It just says pending. Never been this long. A little worried.

It seems to be pretty random. Or at least it seems random.
I filed on the 25th and my federal and state were both accepted that same day. I’m a PATHer so I’ll be waiting awhile for the Fed but my state says it will be here tomorrow.

If this helps anyone, I filed 01/22 and didnt get accepted until 01/23 and state is still in “pending.” So there is hope, because I’m like yall, I usually get accepted the same day as well, and it ended up being the following day. Good luck all.

Filed on 1/17 via TurboTax. Received “rejected” message from TT yesterday, 1/28, saying it was related to IRS system error of some sort.

Refiled shortly thereafter, and now I’m back to “pending.” I’ve used TT for a over decade and this is the first year my return was not accepted the same day as I filed. Very weird.

I filed on the 25th and still haven’t been accepted . My friend filed on the same day and her was rejected …she fixed it and resubmitted ot and it was accepted in seconds. So idk whats going on

I’m still waiting to be accepted and I filed on the 24th. I’m very concerned about it. In the past I’ve always been accepted the same day I filed.
