Still waiting 1541

2/28 called. No offsets. No review. No letters sent.

Told I went to end of accepted line on day I id verified. Lost my early spot in the front of the line because of id letter. Now I am in the end of the long line of path filers. Thanks IRS

No update on the supposed Saturday big update. Still waiting.

I call every day to hear lies and that a letter has been sent and I will have to wait 60 days I was getting stress they didn’t see any offsets or anything received my account and return transcripts on
2/28 and woke up today with DDD 3/8 HAVE HOPE U GUYS

My friend has the 1541 take action on wmr for the last 3 weeks. Was told a letter would be sent but never did get it. She got updated Saturday for 3/8 DDD. nothing has changed. She just got a text from her bank, her money is in…3 days early and on a sunday. No idea what happened or why, but no offsets, filed 1/311 and had eic. Maybe the 1541 s are moving?

I have the take action 1541!!! I filed on Feb 9th but was accepted Feb 14th. I called IRS was told I was under review and that I should have got a letter. I didn’t get a letter. The lady asked me questions about my last year income and my parents name. She put me on hold for a few minutes then would come back and say she just needs a few more minutes she did this about 3 times!! Does that mean she verified my Id? Then she told me I should get my refund within 45 days!!! I said what should I do if I don’t get it within that time? She said you will!! Just keep checking wmr!!

I am unconvinced that being able to order transcripts means anything. Having said that, I was able to order both my account and return transcript by mail Thursday, 3 days ago. I kept getting technical difficulties when trying to order online.

Filed 2/9 and accepted the same day
On 2/25 the dreaded “1541” msg.
2012 tax return missing.
Now I too fall into the abyss!

3/4 wmr changed to Take Action You’re return is delayed

I’m not sure what’s going on I am calling the IRS on Monday. I had to ID verify last year and didn’t receive the 1541 code I received my refund a week after being verified. This has been the strangest tax year I’ve ever had. Every time I read something about the 1541 code it’s always something different, so I’m not sure what to believe.

Just curious, are you able to order account transcripts at all. I filed 2/3 and still can’t. Verified 2/15 told it was closed would go back to processing. My WMR changed to being processed and then nothing. I don’t have either credit. I have a feeling my return is sitting in limbo somewhere. I don’t have any codes not even 1541.
