Still processing… what does this mean with new bill signed?

So filed my taxes late January. Of course, like everyone else “return still processing” message with my tax topic disappearing 1-2 weeks ago. Had unemployment and already had taxes took out when I started receiving payments. So with the new bill passing, how do you think it will effect my return since it’s still being processed (as of date 2/22 on transcripts so idk if they have even been looked at yet)? Will the irs fix this themselves or will the return have to be amended? Also, me and my husband file separately and rotate claiming our 1 child. My year to claim so I do that with tt. They put that I would receive the stimulus from the child my husband received last year. Thought it was weird but figured hey, they prob know something I don’t. But know I’m not sure if that is something they could do, or if my refund will be adjusted bcuz no it can’t? But what about the stimulus for this bill? Will I receive that for the dependent or not? So many freaking questions my head is spinning. Sorry for the long post 🙃
