Turns out it was ID verification and i’m on the phone now. Been on hold for 30 minutes.

If anyone called today, How long were all of you on hold before you got to speak to an agent? I know it varies but just trying to see. I’m certain it’ll be over an hour for me.

Called today on hold only for 15 mins have to Id verify… letter was sent out on the 14th said it should be here any day can’t do anything til then!

You just need the control code off of the letter, the form number off of the letter, and your 2018 and 2017 tax return. They just asked me my moms name, and my dads name. :)

I do not know if it is true, bit I read somewhere updates occur between 3am and 6am EST. So hang in there!

Ahhh okay. I have the same “still processing” but haven’t recieved anything in the mail yet. I’ve seen some people automatically update without doing anything. Any documents needed in order to ID verify? Just wanna be prepare in case I have to go the same route.

I have the same “still processing” message with Tax Topic 152 (I assume you had that as well). No letter to ID verify, but if I do will I need any documents?

My WMR said “Your tax return is still being processed…” so I had the dreaded “still.”

I did. I got a letter saying to ID verify and it had my control number and stuff on it along with the number.

Mine is still being processed. But no error codes or letters in the mail.

I finally got my code in the mail today, went into my account and theres nothing there for 2018. So i guess they havent even looked at mine yet. I already had my return DD this time last year :(

It is faster if you’re able to access the portal. I couldn’t verify my student loans or credit cards because they didn’t work on the site. So I had to call :(

I finally got through at 50 minutes for ID verify. I had to call four times to get through

I coulnt get anyone on the phone at all. It said it was too busy to transfer to a person.
