I filed on 02/02/2019 and was accepted the same day with both credits for about a little over a week I had the accepted message and tt 152 never received path message. On 02/15 it updated to “still processing” and the bar disappeared as well as the amount. On 02/22 my amount came back but still no bar and still tt152. I check daily and no transcripts are available and when I log into my irs account it says my 2018 tax return has not been processed and I was only able to to order transcripts via mail but n/a online. I checked the Id verify website(nothing) I called the offset number(nothing) I called the tax advocate number on 02/22/19 and was advised the just received my refund on 02/15/19 to allow more time for processing. . I called ext 652 for live person on 02/25/19 after waiting almost an hour I spoke with rep who said I was resequenced to 02/15/19 and to allow for more time that there was an error that was fixed and that my return is now processing through fine and to keep checking WMR for an update. This is so frustrating because each day I check it there’s nothing no transcripts available or anything . I’m a single mom and was depending on return to help catch me up on bills and such. But it’s like whoever I talk to there’s very little to no answers. And I keep getting told allow for more time. 😪

          Filed on 1/18 via TT
Rejected on 1/28 due to TT not filling in last year’s AGI.
          Refiled 1/28
          Accepted 1/29

          One bar w/ TT152 until 2/16.
Stayed at “still being processed” until Feb 28th, when it switched to “being processed” with info showing on left.

Self employed w/ ACTC and EITC. No letters received.

Transcripts showed as N/A until this morning, 3/1. Now, 846 code appears with date of 3/6.

          Don’t lose hope folks!

There are LOTS of us getting the run around, myself included. I’ve called 2 different times and got 2 different answers. I really don’t put a lot of faith in a gov’t employee answering phones that just came off not getting paid for a month. I know what type of mindset I’d be in. Anywho, please keep us all updated as all of us “still processing” hopefully start getting DDD and/or money in our accounts. What a freaking mess.

The IRS told me the same thing today. I filed 2/4 and was resequenced to a processing date of 2/20. Stuck on still processing, but hopefully will update Saturday with DDD for next Wednesday. Hopefully 🤦🏽‍♀️

Also I am in the same boat as you, 1 of my employers did not send in my w2 so my income doesn’t match. When their is an error like mine or yours our account is sent to error correction department and transcripts will not be available at all until the issue is fixed. Once the error is fixed you will basicly start over on processing as if your retuen was just sent in that day. Think of when you first file, your transcripts won’t be available for around a weekish. That’s the position it seems you are in now. I am completely stuck in error department until they get my w2 and now a letter from the employer. On mobile so sorry for any grammar errors.

I am assuming you are a weekly account as my PATH accounts are. So WMR only will update Saturday early mornings. Since they advised you that your error was fixed automatically by IRS check for transcripts tomorrow and you should be good to go, if not it could be one more week but I doubt any longer as they notified of the fixing the error and good to go

                      @singlemom

Under account transcript. Very bottom of transcript. Mine still says “no return filed” and code 971

yeah thats annoying because some people said they called and the government shut down didn’t even affect the IRS so who knows what the real story is or how exactly they batch people and send out returns. It seems most of us with the EIC and CTC are getting ours today but they also gave like a max date of March 7th.

Mine went from processing and the amount back last week- then this last saturday the 23rd it updated to the amount with a DDD so fingers crossed you get yours within this next week.

@olive doesn’t it sound that way because how did it sit for two weeks and do nothing and then to move it received on the 15th absolutely blows my mind 🤯🤯 like, how??? It doesn’t make no sense. Then talking to it’s workers they sound all super shady like they already have their prepared statement about the government shutdown blah blah blah and you have to ask them to review your return it makes no sense.

sounds like your return was sitting on someones desk :/
                            “an error” yeah okkk

Do you have a code 971 on your transcript? My situation relates to yours word for word. Except I have code 971 and irs can’t give me a solid answer on what’s going on.
