And the wait continues. Here it is 2/21 and I am still stuck on the processing message. No letters in the mail. No take action message. No nothing. Been this was since 1/24.

I was the same thing for over a week before they send me a 4883c notice to identify verify, took like ten minutes of waiting and they were actually pretty nice. You may want to give them a call if you haven’t received a letter yet.

For what it’s worth: Filed 1/23, accepted 1/24, lost WMR bars 2/4 when the WMR message changed to “Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.” No Tax Topic, personal info remains.

I spoke to the IRS this morning as today marks 28 days since I filed. The agent told me that I was pulled for a review on 2/6/17, but it does not mean I am being audited. As of today, no letters have been sent and the IRS is not asking for more information. He did give the standard “this can take up to 9 weeks” speech.

He further stated that the message I received on WMR is not necessarily indicative of a problem with the return; when there is a problem, WMR should advise you to call the IRS.

I was accepted 1/27, had processed with path act until 2/16. Since then it says processing with nothing else. My cycle date is 0505 and could order both transcripts first week in February.
I helped daughter submit her taxes last week and she received deposit today. So I have been waiting a month and hers was done in 7 days. Could it be that hers was under 200 and mine is thousands? Hmm

I was in this boat for over 2.5 weeks. Finally I got my ID Verify letter in the mail. Called and waited on hold for about 90 min. Then I talked to a IRS rep and verified. She said it could take up to another 9 weeks for my refund to process.

I am in the same boat. What is the cycle code? is there a place I should see it? Thanks. The “still processing” has me a little worried….as in they are going to take weeks and not days. I filed on 02/02, accepted 02/03.
