      Hi, everyone.

      My husband just used the Where’s My Stimulus tool and is getting the message that the status of his payment is unavailable because they need more information or he isn’t eligible. He got the first one just fine and nothing has changed since then. Can anyone clue me in? We can’t check his transcripts. It would mean the world to me if someone who gets this message can check their transcripts and let me know what they say. Thanks so much. We are worried sick.

          Hi I have the same message and I got my 1st stimulus direct deposited with no issues! Now I have nothing but not available. Anyone have reasons for this.?

            I got the same message. I was finally able to check transcript and shows DDD of 1/4 but nothing in bank account today.

              Where’s My Stimulus says unavailable, just like your husbands, but my IRS transcript says DD on 01/04/2021. No deposit yet. I have WF in CA.

                I have the same thing. I tried looking at my transcript but it didnt give me any help. My brother and parents both already got them using PNC bank.

                  Mine says exactly the same thing and I received my first payment via DD April 15 without issue. I also cannot check transcripts.

                    I have an 846 for 1/4 on my transcript, and the payment tool gives me the same message you’ve had. I use a local traditional bank. My bank says theres nothing out there pending on my account either.

                      I just spoke to a rep from IRS a I got the same message “not available “ she said it simply means they haven’t processed payment yet. If you still didn’t get it by Jan 15 then call them back and ask but right now no need to worry and it’s pretty much a waiting game for us

                          Hey there. I got this same message. My transcripts show my stimulus amount DDD 1/4/21 code 846. Still no deposit, which I expect to be direct deposited to my checking account.
