      FILED 1/27 ACCEPTED FOR BOTH STATE AND FEDERAL

      DD FEDERAL 2/5
      Checked STATE: At first showed received, processing, call customer service. I mailed the information requested, again; 2nd time: not being processed, being reviewed, call customer care.

      Any thoughts?
