      So if you owed taxes last year but forgot to pay and you receive a refund this year do they simply take it out or will it delay you? Last year was a crazy year for me and I just forgot to pay my VA state tax. It wasn’t that much, like 30 bucks. I just found a letter today talking about I owed.

          Never mind, just read on the site that they will hold the amount you owe…

            No they don’t take it from your refund.
