Has anyone who is effected by PATH, and still waiting on federal received their state refunds yet? If so, how long did it take you to get them this year. Thanks!

Have EIC. First, got KENTUCKY msg on Feb 16 that mine was APPROVED there and will be mailed soon.

Then, just TODAY, got IRS approval that my will be deposited by Feb 22. I used Liberty. Having fees taken out. Will be picking up check at Lib. Office.

Update: Got my AZ tax refund 2/16 and I filed on 2/8.
My federal refund is supposed to come on 2/22.

Ok thank our for the info. I live in Michigan. It has taken just over a week from accepted to deposit for both state & fed in the last few years for me. So I’m hoping since Path has stalled my fed that maybe I will get state soon.

I live in MD and file with TT on the January 24th. I checked my state website on the 27th and it said it was released to my account. On the 30th I received my direct deposit. Just waiting for my federal now since I’m affected by Path. So basically I think it depends on the state because me and others in Md have received their state but waiting for the federal because of path act.

I received WV refund last night. This is the first year I have gotten state before federal.

Not affected by PATH but no movement on state refund at all other than “allow additional 2 weeks for processing”. Fed is due to hit our bank account tomorrow. This is the first year I can actually remember when the Fed has beaten the state in turnaround time.

Got my MO refund today. Filed 2/6 accepted 2/7.

I haven’t gotten my AZ state tax refund yet. The AZ website refund site doesn’t even locate my info yet and I filed on Feb 8th. IRS website shows PATH message still.
