State Refund says incomplete

      My state was filed 1/18 and showed a refund amount. I was under the impression that since they weren’t accepting them yet that was the reason for the incomplete status….however it still says that. I contacted TT and they told me how to go thru and complete it but now it says a zero amount refund…..but I clearly overpaid by a few hundred dollars…..anyone know what’s going on?
