State refund released but not deposited on Emerald card!!

Is anyone else having this problem? Mine was released yesterday 2/11/19 and supposed to be deposited on my Emerald card. No deposit made and nothing pending. Anyone else?

  I’m having the same issue. It says it was deposited by direct deposit in my “bank” which is technically my emerald card account on Feb 11th.
  Says allow 3-5 business days for it but it’s been well over that. I got nervous that maybe it was deposited in my old bank that I had used in past years. Its nowhere to be found though!

  got my state on the 6th. shocked tf out of me. wasnt expecting till at minimum this coming Friday. from Arizona. filed on 01/28
