State Offset ?

      If I owe taxes from an audit, but I’m on a payment agreement with the state and I make my payments like I’m supposed to, will they still take my refund? I was surprised it wasn’t held out of my federal, and holding out hope state won’t take it.

          @Jane my daughter was on a payment plan with her state taxes from last year an they took the remaining that was due from her federal tax return this year. She just got her money this morning minus what she owed the state.
