Same here–friends with same date, Wells Fargo and got theirs on 2/19. No offsets that I know of. It my understanding you would have to be notified of offsets prior to an organization submitting it to the DOR–at least 30 days in advance.

Wondering if it’s just different banks. I’m with Southstate.

My SC refund had the same message about your refund being on its way as of 2/19 and I haven’t seen anything yet. Are others having this issue?

I got my DDD for South Carolina today! Looks like they’re processing before March after all. My status was updated and shows “Refund is on its way as of 2/15/2016”

    Filed 1/7/16
    Accepted by SC 1/18/16

My refund was changed from dd to paper check. The status said to be mailed on 3/12/15. It’s now two weeks later and still haven’t got it. Sc dor rep said it was in fact mailed on the 12th, and checked with post office they haven’t seen. WTF

Mine still hasn’t freaking updated. Still says processing and I filed on the 30th. I did my mom’s taxes 5 days later and she has her state already.
