      So I called the IRS since my Account Trabscript is Zeroes and Says no record of Return Filesd under account. Still N/A for return transcript. My wife had that last year and had to ID verify and then was hit with a 570 and CP05 letter. So I decided to call. The 1st phone call and put me on hold after verifying all my information and came back and gave me the 21 day speech and said she doesn’t see any issues but she said she is not be able to see them in that department. Ext 562. So I called another # she got my information and said she will review. She comes back 7 minutes later and said oh I see you called earlier. You can make the wait an Additional 7 days from your 21 days . I asked her is that because there is an issue and she is said “that’s not what I sales” I told her I have a code 9001 to call. (Which I don’t) just 1 bar. She said the reason for the code is because our computer shows you have to wait additional 7 days. Don’t think any of it is true. I would assume if it was ID verify she would have said that. Who knows…. the blank transcript is what concerns me as last year it meant ID verify.
