So frustrated with DDD and SBTPG

I was hoping someone could put my mind at ease.

According to the irs funds where sent to bank
No offsets
Sbtpg says the have not received my funds…when I’m not getting an error message

I don’t know what to think or do.
Could this be an sbtpg issue or because it’s the weekend/holiday

Just an update
I received my funds today around 3pm

Sbtpg did not update until after my refund was in my account

It’s sbtg saying they haven’t received your refund from IRS..so, it wouldn’t be your prepaid/debit card that is the problem, it’s sbtg. Your wmr says refund sent DDD 2/13..it also should say something about if u don’t receive by 2/?? to contact them.

ditto. nuthin gonna happen til Tuesday at earliest. People hoping for Monday are wasting their time. Its a Holiday and banks have to be open for business. Those who have cards that have refunds getting loaded onto them may see something Monday.

And also if they sent it would offsets be taken out before hand. But I would still call offsets, never know good luck

Most likely an error on bank account or routing number. It would be very rare though since you’re using SBTPG. But, if IRS is telling you they send the funds, then the issue is between you and SBTPG.

Because worse to come it goes back to irs and then they mail your check to you.

I would recheck my bank info again routing number etc. If irs sent it, it went to the bank and routing numbers you gave them. Be a start

So, the wmr says sent 2/13…and u used TurboTax and had fees taken out for filing. But Sbtg is saying that ur refund hasn’t been received by them, correct?
