Filed 1/23, got accepted notice same day. Was able to check WMR from the next day on. Sat at one bar until 2/4 when I woke up to bars disappearing with generic processing message and no refund amount, but still had tt 152. I was able to order both transcripts 2/10 in the morning, on 2/11 Refund amount returned processing message still there but worded differently and lost tt all together. Was so disappointed we hadn’t updated to DDD. Tried calling today (being 21 days and all) and they said they didn’t get it until 2/3. 11 days after we filed and got accepted notice! Makes no sense on why I was able to check WMR before then. This year is such a mess.

            FILED 1/27 HRB
            Accepted 1/27 WMR
            No EIC or ACTC
            Offset from 2012
            One Bar from 1/27-2/12

            2/12 lost bar and amount

            2/3 called and updated address

2/9 called and told my return was rejected several times and has processing date 2/13

            Today 2/13:
I just spend 2 hours on hold for basically the same response…they say my return was accepted 2/10! They don’t know why. No refund date available. They said wait 21 days from 2/10. Also said they aren’t requesting additional info, no letters sent, no idea why. Excuse me, hu?
