SBTPG…Turbo Tax Filers with fees from refund..LETS UPDATE HERE

If you filed through Turbo Tax and have fees deducted from your refund, SBTPG website is the quickest way to know if your refund has been sent regardless of what WMR status states.

Once Santa Barbara bank receives it….it will say ” refund received” next to refund amount and they release it immediately

I filed TT 1/29 accepted same day
PATH message removed with all info 2/16
current status on WMR..states “We have received your return it is being processed
(all my information has re appeared on the left..refund amount, filing status)

I have no way to check my online transcript but normally the past 3 years my DD comes on Wed/Thur between 20-22nd without the WMR updating…SO IM PRAYING IT HAPPENS THIS WAY THIS YEAR….praying for us all!!!

No one is gonna get any money til the 27th. If you have a DDD for the 27th you will get it that day. Not before. Period. Happens every year. I used sbtpg before. No complains at all about them. Just telling the truth. I suggest yall go cook clean and wait to get the money.

Unfortunately Natalie if Wells Fargo receives your refund early they will not release it early and this is exactly why I stopped using them for direct deposits. In the past I received my refund in my account between 6-8 am.

No ACH deposits on weekends and holidays. So if no deposit was sent out yesterday, 2/27 DDD monies will sent Monday. Sucks but that’s been the feds standard for ACH deposits for years.

If you order your transcripts thinking it means your tax refund is approved that is not true.You can get your transcripts but there will be no tax refund codes and it will have zeros on

When I called I didn’t ask about pending refund I told her I was trying to fill out my financial aid paperwork and needed to get my transcripts mailed and knew that couldn’t be requested till my transcripts we’re complete (meaning their would be a DDD) and that’s how I got my 2/27/19 date because I was sure I’d get another generic answer if I didn’t get creative 🤦

Every year my money is in my bank the day before my DDD, but my paychecks release a day earlier. So, knowing how my bank works, the IRS releases the funds sometime on Monday between 9am and midnight est. This is my first year having fees taken from my refund, but it looks like almost everyone gets theirs on their DDD unless they have a prepaid card that posts immediately and then it’s anytime during the day before.

I filed with turbo tax 1/15 and it accepted 1/16. I was on 1 bar for about a week then when the IRS started on 1/28 It went to the Path.
2/16 it went to “being processed ” and been there ever since. I was able to order my Transcripts also 2/16 by mail, but still waiting for that also.
Last year I had a ddd 2/22 or 23 but rcvd it that Wednesday 2days early, sbtg-10am and netspend dpst by 3:15 pm. I think it’s so frustrating, not knowing. I just pray because Lord knows we all need our money🙏

Santa monica tax products sbtpg they usually get ur refund before you do depending on your tax pro or method you filled and wether or kot fees will be deducted for filing your taxes and if they are using sbtpg as a third party bank to deduct your filing fees so they secure your tax agents funds before you receive your check so they have a secured fee processes ed from you refund and also if u applied for a early refund loan from that bank product to get upfront cash before refund was processed if u didn’t get approved for the loan most likely ur agent still using them to charge your fee so 99% chance it will still process thru them before it does to u. Look into how you filed and what banks are associated with ur debit or prepaid card or bank amd most of all where u prepared your taxes if they use sbtpg to charge fees or not.. Good luck im with greendot walmart pre paid card went thru sbtpg 1st and automatically transferred to my card so look into it

@Kazooey I remember last year my fees werent taken till like 7 AM PST. No idea why and I was checking pretty often so it was within a 15-20 minute time frame on SBTPG . Good luck…Ive always had WMR updating and this year nothing and its got me worried. Unfortunately I cant check transcripts online so I ordered them via the mail yesterday but that will take time to get to me.

If it is like most banks, they are probably set up to batch process overnight or at some other designated time. I wouldn’t worry too much about when they close. I have never had a delay because of SBTPG.

filed and accepted 1/29 turbo tax. ddd last sat for 2/22. fees to be taken. as of now nothing on sbbt. offset line lists my ddd and amount to be taken as of last night. impatiently waiting. also glad my paycheck hits today. have bluebird and get my paycheck on Wed between 5 and 6 pm 90% of the time sometimes it comes between 11pm-midnight but not often.

I notice that a lot of people are talking about what they’re seeing on their transcript NOT what WMR is showing.

My state refund wasn’t showing anything except received. My state transcript showed they had already been processed and had a DDD. I got that refund last week.

Also – after checking my SS account (it updates with your income when your taxes are processed) two weeks ago – it had updated with my income from 2018.

Amanda you can go to the sbtpg website, it will show you if your fees have come out of your refund. That is if you used TT and are having the fees taken from your refund.

@Brittany…once it hits SBTPG it is sent immediately to your bank or CU. 2 days is not SBTPG that would be one of the big banks like Wells or Sun Trust as they have so much red tape to cross as well as they like to hold funds 2 days to protect themselves…..or collect interest ha ha

Generally SBTPG updates 1-2 days prior to ur scheduled DDD from IRS. However, It could also be the day of. And as far as I understand it thru reading and research, they update periodically/randomly throughout the day, however it seems a majority of the updates are posted after 3am pst.

I filed with TT on 1/27, accepted 1/28, then path message as expected since i have both credits then on the 16th like most i got the we received your return and its being processed. Yes I have fees taken out so i know my refund has to go threw SBTPG first.. It just sucks that nothing has changed :(

Last 2 years, filed the same way, one year on 1/13, one on 1/31. Same credits. Cant remember when SBBT updated either year, but both years I got them the following Wednesday (the Wednesday after Presidents Day) after PATH went away.

Filed and Accepted 2/6, been setting at being processed since the 6th, no bars showing, nothing out of the ordinary like people have been talking about with the “still being processed” mine just says “being processed”. If things go anything close to the way it was last year, it will show up before the weekend and then WMR will update a few days afterwards.

input SS # filing status and refund amount…after he logs in, it normally will automatically pull up his information that TT submitted. If it says account cannot be found that normally indicate TT hasnt submitted his expected tax refund to them yet. But I assure you, this is the quickest and most accurate way to keep check on your refund instead of through WMR.

If you filed through Turbo Tax and have fees deducted from your refund, SBTPG website is the quickest way to know if your refund has been sent regardless of what WMR status states.

Once Santa Barbara bank receives it….it will say ” refund received” next to refund amount and they release it immediately
