sbtpg site down?

I have tried yesterday and today to log in to the https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/ site and i keep getting an error,

  Click the part that says you can log in any time and log in again through that link. It will work.

  I tried yesterday and it was down, just went there a few minutes ago and it was back up. How long that will last, who knows.
