Earlier this morning, I checked the SBPTG site and it said nothing was received. Checked it again and now I see a section for fee amount(s) and expected amount paid to me. Does this mean I am looking at sometime tomorrow?

they are having alot of issues mine was changed from 2/4 to 2/5 also I started with a deposit date of 2/4 It got changed to 2/5 this morning approx 2 hours later it updated again to it looking like this

That is weird. Mine says they received 2/4 and it was sent to me 2/4 but then today a lot of people including myself seen the date to send is now today. I sent them an email because it still has not hit my bank. I’m sure everything is fine but it always gets a little nerve racking.

Wait, to the ones who say Tpg hasn’t received your funds yet…Is the site showing received and when you called they don’t have or is their site stating they still have not received? Asking because my account says they have received and it was sent today but hoping there is not some hold up
For me the site is saying they haven’t received my refund from the IRS yet. I won’t bother calling them because they seem to be telling people different things depending on which rep you happen to get on the phone. One person said the first rep told them the website is wrong and that their refund was on the way to their bank. They got another rep who told them the website is correct and that the IRS hasn’t sent their money. Seems calling sbtpg is a waste of time.
Other people are reporting their sbtpg is saying they haven’t got their money but yet they checked their bank account and the refund is there. It’s weird.

Sbtpg has not received my funds from irs. Called offset number and nothing. What’s going on ?
This is happening to a bunch of us. Not sure what’s going on. Some people are getting all sorts of different answers from Sbtpg so I’m not going to bother calling them. It seems even the bank doesn’t know what’s really going on since their reps are all saying different things to the same people.

Mine did the same thing so it will probably hit my account Friday. Not sure why it changed dates but stinks a little bit. As long as I get it though

If you have a DDD for 2/5 90% chance you get it the 4th or 5th.

bottomline, NOTHING we can do. They will follow protocol and all the worry in the world wont matter. The money is coming. I will be the first 1 to say it sure would be nice to get it sooner, but its not likely. Its almost always 22nd of feb each year when I get mine. I am a pather.

This is for people who have had fees taken out at SBTPG, and are waiting for updates as to whether or not their refund has hit the bank.

Mine is updated and says Deposit 02/04 ACH.
I thought I remembered this happening last year and then it was deposited at like 4 oclock Central Time the same day. Do you think this is possible? Would love to get it today.

I am really worried now..I have a dd for 2/5 and SBTPG has no record of me. Filed with fees taken out on turbo tax accepted, WMR hasn’t sent yet.

This is the first time I see an amount on my sbtpg without a deposit on the same day. It’s been 3 days with a $0 amount. Hopefully it’ll update by tomorrow morning.

Mine is not updated either. I would assume it’ll be in by the 5th. Typically when it arrives at SBTGP it arrives in bank same day.

Assume your having it Direct deposit to your bank ? You should receive it on date of ddd ,when it shows in your bank could be on the 5th or on the 7th (mine takes 2 days) depending on bank of credit union. -
So I filed through turbo tax , my ddd is 2/5 . And I used the deluxe free edition since I’m military should I see my refund soon since there not pulling fees ?

I am hoping mine updates too. I have a DDD on WMR if 2/5. I am predicting tomorrow there will be an update on SBTGP and my funds will deposit on Wednesday (2/5)

I thought last year when the graph was present I got my refund that afternoon. I am just confused why it says the amount is expected but received says $0. Do you think SBTPG could receive it and send it to my bank all in one day?

I have a DDD of 2/10, but I also had the change in SBBT today to the graph. Received amount is zero, but I do have the breakdown of amount expected and amount of fees. I haven’t gotten the graph until the day of deposit in past years.

Same here. It shows the circle graph and shows fees. At the bottom it says Total Paid and list amount I will receive. I’m confused though because it says the received amount is $0.
Any advice?
