If you have a expected refund amount does that mean most likely everything is ok? I have a expected amount but nothing received from irs yet.

Also my friend cant look up his account at all never could have it says cant find accound but enter same info in wmr and it works. And he has fees taken out as well. Can some help me understand

Checked this morning and it was working fine, checked again just now and it can’t find my info.

the bank site is wonky right now..I think its just being bombarded by folks like us checking and likely its updating info. It is what it is I guess.

Same thing for me. Been able to check when other ppl were receiving the error page. Now, my account can’t be found.

I have been able to check my sbtpg daily except a few times when the website was down but right now it says they cannot find my account. I hope it is updating! I am in the same boat as you all

they cant locate my info suddenly either guys. Me thinks they are updating..crossing fingers.

They have been able to find my information all week when i put it in on sbtpg. today however…. they cannot.

im in the same boat – expected refund with amount and nothing else. not sure if that means things are ok, i think that means, like everyone else, they have the final number.
