Hello all. I’ve been lurking here for years watching the chaos ensue, but never had a reason to post until now.

Filed with turbo tax, fees taken out tha feds.

Like many of you I’ve been checking my bank account, the IRS2GO app on my phone, and the SBTPG website religiously.

Woke up this morning and did my ritual check up and what do you know? SBTPG has received my money, taken their fees out and sent it along to my bank. Horraaaay!!!

My second stop on the where’s-my-refund-tour-2017 was this old trusty website. Sure enough, plenty of people on here got the same update. The waiting game is almost over!

One thing I can’t figure out though, almost everyone that says SBTPG updated for them says the SBTPG website states in print “please allow 1-2 business days for processing” or something to that effect. I have been over and over my update page and I cannot for the life of me find this phrase included anywhere? Where does the website say this? Do I just not see it because I am using the mobile version of the website?

      Thanks!

I don’t see that on my page either. I don’t even see an acct and routing number on my sbtpg update page.

I’m guessing it is because I’m on the mobile site. My approval page dosent show any of my account info, just my refund amount, the date received and the date sent.

It’s at the bottom of page where your acct number and routing numbers are
