SBTPG Processing fees added but no refund received listed

My SBTPG updated overnight to where it now has the bank processing fees taken out. I had an advance but the circled went from all green to green with a little bit of red.

Still no refund received. Never had that happen before.

I only have a green circle on SBTPG, I only got the advance… No fees…

They still have not received my refund, all it says is the expected amount smh… Idk what to do

I got ,mine today sbtpg has not update at all filed 02/05 accepted 02/11. Wmr and sbtpg are messed up not showing a thing

its coming. takes a day or two once sent. check it on a pc for more info. for some reason mobile doesnt show it all

What 800 number are you calling to hear that they’ve sent it? Last night my SBTPG said they hadn’t received it then today updated to red circle. I didn’t get an advance.

When I called the 800 number the message told me they sent my refund on February 23 (which is tomorrow) . So I’m guessing I probably won’t get it until tomorrow sometime.

Transcript has 846 for 2.24, still nothing but a red circle on sbtbg, and wmr went from 1 bar to information don’t match.

Hi Guys! I just called and found out they have sent my funding to my Chime card! It’s coming guys…just hold on. When I checked online the graph is still showing that they have not received anything but the recording says they paid my refund.

So much for the IRS’ “magical update” on the 22nd. Not a damn thing. Same situation. Little red circle with the “bank processing fee” shown, no “funds received”, etc. Government work at its finest.

My son used TT and got an advance – SBTG has not updated for him (they do not show they received his money from the IRS) He has the TT card and transcripts shows a DD date for him 02/23/2021 – he just received his deposit on his TT card…

Safe to say you can go by the 846 date on your transcript – WMR and SBTG seem to not update until after

I have the same thing….but I was thinking they have received the memo from the irs and now its only a matter of time…I do not know for sure but It’s just an assumption

I still have a full green circle. I was accepted 2/9 and got an advance. I’m hoping Wednesday at the latest. This is the first year using TT or the turbo card.
