Does anyone know the average time it takes to receive a check from SBTPG. It was mailed out on 3/5. Still haven’t received it yet.

You might want to call them again to follow up and get an update. My refund was sent by the IRS to them on 02/18, and I still haven’t received it. They said they are returning it back to the IRS and when I asked why, they can’t provide any reason, They did take out their fees though plus other fees…. I called IRS on the 27th, and they said they never received the refund back, usually they said it should not take more than 5 days for them to get it. When I called SBTPG to find out what is going on, another person now is telling me that it’s still being processed to be sent back to IRS and to wait another 15days. These company is known to hold on people’s refunds and let it sit in their bank to accrue interest and earn money…. They lie, every time you call ,they give you different answers…. no consistency!

With the average time to receive a paper check it should not take more than 7 days.
