SBTPG not working

Anyone else having issues with SBTPG not working?

this is what I just got on their site
IRS FUNDING BEING PROCESSED WEBSITE ACCESS MAY BE LIMITED AS RECORDS ARE PROCESSED AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION BEING UPDATED

This is what the SBTPG site says now when you log into it just be patient they`re updating and processing now.

” IRS funding being processed

IRS funding is currently being processed and website access may be limited as records are processed and account information is being updated.”

I’ve ran into this same issue all morning and its driving me crazy I put in soc then amount and status and the button wont light up and let me click it

@lol I run a few servers and websites off linode, so I actually do know what I’m taking about. Databases for this info can’t be that complex (literally like 4-5 columns of data) and I can change and update forum databases (which contain more data and thousands of posts) within 10 minutes.

@dadud I mean just admit you don’t know how Server management works at all, they’re updating the systems and it’s undergoing “maintenance” which is slowing it down itself because when you can get in sometimes it just says unknown. If it was a true server overload the site would be nearly accessible. Plus the phone lines are saying the same thing when people have called.

Could this be why my state refund which according to TaxSlayer is going through Civista Bank, which works with SBTPG, didn’t get deposited as it was supposed to this morning?

Too many ppl logging in. Overloading system. The pages will come up , but could take around a min on each page while logging in to load. But it is working

@dadud they’re updating the servers and information that’s why. It’s been this way since 4am.

Yes and the 2 times I’ve been able to get into it this morning it’s still showing unfunded :( but it seems the website is updating because little by little people are either showing funded on SBTPG or receiving DD so fingers crossed for all of us with DDD 2/24 😊🤞
