sbtpg issues!!!!

I just tried checking my info on the website. & it’s saying my account cannot be found 🤔 I filed through Jackson Hewitt 2/1, I was accepted 2/4. I have the TT 152 on the WMR app, but I have yet to receive the PATH message. My state check hasn’t even been issued 😬 I also got both of the child tax credits as well. Anyone having issues with their accounts NOT being found on the SBTPG website?
Btw, let’s keep our fingers crossed for an update tomorrow with a 💲DD/DDD💲🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

we filled with Jackson too. still on the path act message . filled 1/29 and accepted 1/30 .hope theres a change soon.

Thank y’all. I guess I had a blonde moment. I’ve been checking the MyJH as well. It only says “acknowledged” for my status, and says I’ll receive it less than 21 days. I just want to see a definite date. I didn’t get no refund at all last year, but I’m really counting on it this year.

I agree with Charles. Turbotax uses SBTPG so unless you filed with TurboTax you won’t see any information there!

Serve cards if the best. It’s the only card I use. Yes it does deposit the funds soon as they get it. Never had an issues before. Just if they would send the refund we would have it.

They use Republic Bank not Santa Barbara.

Jenn I used the serve card last year, both credits and a DDD of 2/22 on WMR. I got mine on 2/17 around 4pm

Did you file joint? And if so, are you using the primary filers SS#?

My refund will be put on the AMEX Serve card…… Anyone ever had issues with that card? Supposedly you can get your money up to 2 days earlier 🤷lol
