      I tried calling sbtpg today after showing not funded. They are now saying my info is invalid. I can’t get through to a person. Is any one else experiencing this? Does any one know how to get a live person if they say info is invalid?

          @Mel. Thank you. I tried most options and got nowhere. They are open at 6am California time due to tax season.

            Same for me. I believe they are updating accounts. right now their office is not open since they are west coast but you can call and put 1 for English than press 4 and than it will ask a 6 digit number just type anything and then it will redirect you to a live person.
