SBTPG HAS NO RECORD?!?!

      I have had the worst season bc I’ve been blind the whole time. I haven’t been able to view my transcripts at all this season, so today I called IRS and I was lucky enough to get a great rep and she told me I have a DDD of 2/26. Well, my other issue this season is SBTPG has no record of me! Will continue in comments…

          I had the same issue. WMR has DDD for 2/25 but SBTPG said no account found. I freaked out and did some research. Come to find out my tax preparer did not use SBTPG but used Republic Bank. I was able to verify through there that my refund is set for 2/25. Check your page on your return where it breaks down your return and fees. Make sure that it is SBTpG and not another bank. Regular return no 5 days early

            Same here. First time i opted for 5 days advance. I went to SBTG and there is no record. So I went to TT app and it said they refunded the 5 day early fee. So.. I guess I will have to wait on 2/26 to see if I get my deposit on time.

              Okay, so that is true! I appreciate that, @JAY. I guess today would have technically been my 5 days early, so I don’t think I’m getting that. So, Cross River Bank still send my return then, I’m assuming? I did have fees taken out of my return, too.

                The reason SBTPG doesn’t show any record is because TURBOTAX used Cross River Bank if you applied for the 5 days in advance to receive your refund. I spoke to a rep and I was told that people were denied for the 5 days advance because you could not take the processing fees out of your return you had to pay upfront. Turbotax used Cross River Bank and then they will send it to your back.

                  TT said first that because I opted for the 5 days early option, I wouldn’t be going through SBTPG, it would be a different bank and ive seen other ppl say the same. Then yesterday a different TT rep said all my info is sent and I have nothing to worry about, but I am freaking TF out, I’ve never had this issue. Anyone else in this boat?
