Sbtpg Fees

Doesn’t anyone know why we are being charged an additional fee by Sbtpg? I’ve been trying to talk to someone all day and it keeps hanging up on me. I would really love some insight on this. Thanks.

  They remove my extra $40 fee in the past hour. I think with everyone complaining about it, they had to.

  I’ve read from others who got their refunds already that they either don’t take those extra fees or get refunded the fees afterwards. I personally haven’t gotten mine yet but trying to remind hopeful!!
