Sbtpg error message

I can’t access my transcripts and wmr has 1 bar. Sbtpg is showing an error message when I try to check that… any thoughts?

Not sure, but I also still have the error message so do a lot of people on the live discussion. I did contact sbtpg twice they apologized and said that they “are still processing the payments and updating”

I continue to get the error message with my or my husband’s SSN; our DDD is 2/22. I’ve been trying to access SBTPG info since Friday morning. I don’t have the DDD for my daughter because she can’t access her transcripts, but I am able to get past the error message on SBTPG with her info. (Her return has not been received). Is the error message a good sign or is it exactly as it seems, their website having issues?

If you can’t log in it’s because your about to get your refund.

My boyfriend is the same way.. so we called the offset hotline and they said he had an offset for his payment scheduled on 02/24..

And a couple other people said it too, they can’t log in But transcripts say refund issued

I am getting that error and they claim its because they are processing funds 🤷‍♀️ they said the site would be up at 2pm est friday but I still cant get in

We didn’t get ours last year till November. Filed in January. It seems like they are zipping through them this year and I’m hoping cause of the pandemic they will get them out for those who need it.

tried calling sbtpg automated line as well. No refund received, irs accepted 2/10. I’m really hoping for something soon. No access to transcripts here either. I was under random review last year so I’m getting anxious

When you guys called did you speak with someone? I did it through the automated system and it’s still saying they haven’t received my refund. For those who were able to access the info from the phone number is it telling you that through the automated system or some other way? Also since the website is back up is it reflecting on the website?

So if the money is sent to SBTPG now is there a chance they send you your card early? This is my first year using a card.

I just called and was confirmed that deposit was sent today and will sent to my account on 2/22/21

Hey guys update! I just followed the advice of some of the others and called Sbtpg! I was able to access my information and I got my refund deposited to them today and it says dd of 2/22/21!
So the system moving slow appears to be a good thing.

No update on WMR and no access to transcripts!
So hang in there all!

It’s back up now. Stil haven’t received anything. I filed 2/9 accepted 2/11. Still at one bar on wmr.

same here, I have a DD of 2/22/21 WMR still on 1 bar and get error code on SBTPG.

my guess is 2 fold, they are doing massive batches of updates, and the system is being bombarded. I think sometime this morning we will have alot of happy people on here because it will be updating alot of accounts.

I’m also getting an error on sbtpg website but I called the number and it still says processing they have not received my refund. Try calling the number in the contact section of the website

Filed 2/1 accepted 2/11 got TT advance same day, yesterday could see projected refund, I’m also getting that error from sbtpg. Can’t see transcripts, WMR still at 1 bar tt152
