Sbtpg error message

I have the message that my return is being processed and on sbtpg is showing an error message.

I’m hoping that means all us sbtpg users are getting our money sent over and we get a dd or ddd this week.

I just checked sbtpg and it said it couldn’t locate my account….I haven’t seen that error since I started checking it this past Monday. I have experienced the other error message off and on though.

My circle did the same thing. I would check with the bank institution if they received funds. Mines did.

Okay forgive me ahead of time, I never knew SBTPG was a thing or that it was relevant to me until about an hour ago lol.

My circle is green, but at the top is says “Received Amount $0”

Does the green circle mean that they’ve received my refund even though the top says they haven’t? I am confusion.

Why does my circle go from green with received date yesterday and paid to me yesterday then I checked again it’s red then check later and it’s green again? No credits non pather

SBTPG has my refund now! Yay! My DDD on WMR is 2/20. I’d guess I will have my money tomorrow morning sometime! Woohoo!

Its green for advance and red if u have turbo tax fees taken out. Mine has been green since 1/27. Cause I got an advance and it says amount paid to u. I’m on path.

Hi, I’m a pather with both credits accepted 1/27. I looked earlier and the top message in blue said we have not received a your refund, but as I scrolled down under refund status amounts received it has my fed with amount. Does anyone know what this means?

sounds about right..

last year i had my deposit come through from sbtpg around 5:30pm(eastern) which is 3 hours ahead of cali.

mine was also feb 27 last year(received 26th because of varo)

What does it say in the circle? There should be some wording on there if funds were received or not. But either way a green circle is good news😊

Last year when I saw the pie chart it was when they had received it, I read somewhere they send DD out at 2:30 pm. As of right now I don’t have the pie chart, so all of you that are seeing if will probably get your DD on the 22nd that’s what happened to me in 2018. Last year it was the 27th, and I saw the chart earlier that week. Congrats!

its just some type of graph that shows progress of your refund… if you dont see it now, most likely will show up when they receive it from irs

I’m now getting the error message first time ever seeing it since I filed 1/11 I was able to check it at 4am this morning and again at 10am but now its giving me the ERROR I hope they getting so many REFUNDS in that the system jammed momentarily possibly or just wishful thinking but either or I WANT MY DAMN MONEY NOW……….

People can’t get through because there’s too much traffic…. Servers are overloaded with too many requests.

Ok I just checked. SPTPG now has the bold red progress circle with fees listed for TT and Transfer Fee. It does not say received or paid yet.

I checked around 11 and was finally able to get through but no progress and now I’m back to the error screen. I hope some movement is happening on their end

So received is still 0 but the fees are now present and can be seen, so that’s some progress. I recon DD should hit by Thursday or Friday, but if it’s a double transfer a la FED > SBTPG > Bank then next week seems more realistic.

I just called and it says “we are unable to verify your information at this time please log on to Sbtpg website to get more info”! What the heck is going on! My DDD is 2/20! I’m going to be so peeved if something happens between now and tomorrow that prevents me from getting my return!

877-908-7228 Phone number to SBTPG if you’re getting the error message online. It gives you info on any funds that has been received.

It has been up and down constantly. Sometimes the page will load, mostly it will show an error since last night. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t make it not true.

YOUR WELCOME. Yes, if sbtpg shows the amount, that means your on the right trail to getting your money. They just have to get the funds released to your bank. I think after midnight tonight we will see lots of movement.

sbtpg can update 7 days a week. They are open. EVEN TODAY. Likely the system is down right now due to updates. Was about the same time yesterday they went down.

Today is a holiday. It won’t update til tomorrow. Have you checked your Transcripts? If so there should be an 846 code on the bottom and also a date.
