SBTPG down?

Seems like SBTPG is down right now. I get an error message when trying to load the log in page. Anyone else having issues?

If tried checking info on sbtpg and the message said account could not be found, does this mean they don’t have my info yet? Thanks for the help.

@Rosetta, Dad will get his money later today first thing in the morning i worked in a tax office fo years..an dealt with sbbt around about 6 or 7 pm refunds will start saying received last year my ddd was the 12th my money hit sbbt around 7 pm on the 10th next day i printed my check on the 11th…they are moving jus check later on u should see something different it will be on time…smile😄😄

Website is back up they received my refund and have taken out their fees just waiting on amex

I have went thru sbbt for years usually it updates around 6 or 7 pm…my ddd is for 23rd so it will hit later for the majority i look for funds tmrw an we will get them other for the 22nd its coming today but later how everyone start hitting last night btween 8 an 12pm never had a problem with sbbt always gotten my money the day before my ddd…trust an believe they are on it. Just let them work guys….smile its going to be a great week for us….😄😄😄

I just called the number its working, but says they still have not received my refund?? My ddd is 2/23 shouldn’t they have gotten it by now or will it update for tomorrow?

Maybe not for today but every time they have received my funds i usually get them the same, I use USAA and their is no hold on deposits. So i am really just hoping to see it update tomorrow man. That would be ideal lol

I just tried the phone number too and after entering my social it errors out.

My DDD is 2/23. It’s not looking too promising lol

@jared that is crazy. I can only hope them being down now is because they are trying to update everybody’s info. 3 years i have been going through TT and SBTPG and never had an issue.

Yep, still down as of 2:12 EST.
I have yet to see of anyone going through SBTPG with a DDD of 2/22 or 2/23 actually getting their money yet.

Checked irs to see if bars moved to refund sent and no movement there either.

Most websites aren’t run on the same servers that transactions are processed. In other words, the website is independent of everything else. This is why it takes time to update your account.

If anyone has any experience with SAP, they know exactly what I mean.

I was saying that the site is having connectivity issues that will not impact the processing of refunds but there will be a problem getting into the site and getting someone on the phone.

Just checked the website…it’s only concern necessity issues and the website states it will not delay or impact the processing of tax refunds.
