SBTPG can’t find account I’m freaking out

I filed with TT on 2/9 and have been able to see my expected refund ever since I started checking SBTPG, I checked it an hour ago and nothing had changed. I just tried to log in THREE TIMES and it’s telling me they can’t find my account….all my info is correct and the same as always….I’m so nervous right now.

The red/green circle is for any and everyone who is having fees taken out of their refund. I used TT for years, with fees coming out of it, and received the circle every year. It has nothing to do with rather you got an advance or not.

I’ve literally never ever ever had an advance on my refund, and I always have the pie chart, I’ve never gotten an early deposit since becoming a pather and I always see that pie chart about a day before my direct deposit date

Ive never had any red or green circle. I only have fees coming out so idk 🤷‍♂️

I just checked sbtpg and they haven’t received yet but I’m assuming it’ll take couple more days….hopefully within next couple days anyway. But I have never seen a circle in my account. I’m only having fees taken out, I didn’t get an advance.

Jake yes alot of people who have DDD2/26 have no change in SBTPG including myself. I just want my damn money AGH haha.

No, the circle is for ANYONE WHO GOT FEES TAKEN OUT hate when people go around talking stupid I always have fees taken out, I’ve never gotten an advance on my refund, and I always have the circle. SMH.

I just got red circle on SBTPG website. Advance shows paid-zero. Should see my DDD on the card tomorrow I hope. DDD is 2/26

The same thing was happening to me… I was on hold with the IRS for 40 min trying to find out if I owed money and the amount I was originally putting in had changed …but I just tried again and it worked so it must be a glitch

It keeps happening to me too. One time I can check it, another time it says they can’t find it.

Just tried to log in and 3 times it did this. When I checked it early this morning it said no update I think the website is messing up. It’s been doing that the last few days.

Also somewhereovertherainbow it was only down for about an hour and a half I was able to log in all day and evening as well up until it went down.

That pie chart will only come up when SBTPG has received word from the IRS that your refund is on its way.

No I was hoping I’d see the pie chart but still not there!! That was my golden ticket last year that made me know my DD was coming. I’m hoping it’ll just keep on updating overnight….uggghhhh

Mine hasnt been down all day and i have been able to check every now and then and i havent updated. I dont even have a circle just have amount in expected column but $0 in Received. Im a pather also. Wonder why it wasnt glitching on my end.

Earlier today mine said error then we cannot locate an account. Rechecked awhile ago and I have the red circle 🔴 with fees taken out for TT. It should be green by morning. Just wait awhile before trying again…it’s updating or either a lot of traffic

Yep I am getting same, can’t locate my account, when I just checked. I have been successful at logging in quite a few times this week. Could be just a website glitch or too much traffic. I’m not too worried yet. I will try again before bed.

I read somewhere that it was supposed to update at 9:30 and that’s about the time if started saying they couldn’t find my account. Just hoping I’m not getting excited for nothing

I believe when this happened to people last night they had the pie chart when the logged in which means that SBTPG has gotten word from the IRS that your refund will be sent over soon😇 I hope that’s what’s happening for us! Trying to remember if this is what happened to me last year.
