I used Turbo Tax and had them take out their fee from my refund. This would lead me to believe that I should be able to use the SBTPG site. Every time I put in my info it just gives me a, We couldn’t find your account message! Is there something I’m not understanding on their website or what?

              Hi Josh,

the number for the SBBT is 1-877-908-7228. I just got off the phone with them myself. Hope that helps you.

Thanks for the number randy. That’s actually if you filed through JH and not TT. I’d just like to speak to someone directly from sbtpg and ask them. I just don’t know remotely where I stand on my refund and the DDD is tomorrow.

Also, the TT person I just spoke to said the money won’t be taken out UNTIL it hits my bank. So how are people having theirs go to the sbtpg website and being taken out before their deposits hit their bank?

Nope, filed head of household and still nothing on sbtpg. Not really understanding what’s going on and I’d like a number for sbtpg where I can speak to a person instead of an automated voice message saying my ssn is invalid every time.

If you filed a joint return you need to use whoever has their SNN listed first on the return. If not a joint return you got me. Good luck

Would you happen to know the number I should call? The one “live” number I call just keeps giving me an automated voice mail.

Apologize. I just seen your other message with your ddd. Well, that does seem strange. I know yesterday the site crashed for a few hours but they said that shouldn’t effect deposits.

The only other thing I can think of at the moment is to call them up when they open. I’ve read a few messages where people say they have received their deposit without it updating. I know it’s not entirely comforting but it’s a thought.

My refund has been processed and approved with a DDD of 2/23. There are also no messages/errors/codes that indicate I have anything being off set or withheld. It’s a little worrysome.

What’s your status on WMR? Do you have a refund date?
