So my money was sent direct deposit to my bank from sbtpg on the 26 (according to them) and I didn’t get it. I checked my bank and my account was gone. Turns out they closed my account without warning. They bullshitted and lied to me.
Anyway I talked to SBTPG and they said it will get returned and then they will send a check and up to 10 day wait. And gave me an ach trace number. I called my old bank and they said my money tried to get deposited in my closed account this morning and it was sent back to sbtpg and will get there this morning.
Earlier I emailed sbtpg and she said they usually print checks Friday. Do u think they really do or what??
And they also charge a $20 process fee. Which is better than waiting for the irs to have to reissue it lol

Can you share how you got a hold of someone at SBTPG? I have called several times and only reach the automated line, is it something I am doing wrong? or is there an option I am not hitting?
I am hitting 1 for English, then Taxpayer, then enter my SSN, Status and Zip code and then it tells me that I need to verify my ID and hangs up…. lol
Is there a special trick you used?
