Is anyone else not able to access sbtpg? I verified all my information and it still can’t find me. Filed 2/3.

  I did the 5 day earlier and mine has went to sbtpg. If you pay for filing out of return or if you get an advance on refund it will go through sbtpg. I will say I cannot access it through my information I have to do it with my husbands because he’s the primary on our taxes. So if you’re filing joint try your spouses and see if it will load that way. Mine is there are funded but hasn’t been sent to bank yet.

  I was told if you got the 5 day early option then your check is going to a different bank and not sbtpg… I think the name of the bank is cross river but I’m not sure. It’s on your tax papers
