I have a 2/16 DDD. Every time I call the number for SBTPG I get info about a cash advance instead of my refund. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

  They are holding peoples funds for interest!! Not to mention changing us fees we were unaware of!!! I will never use any tax company affiliated with them ever again!!!

  How come every year every single year you guys are ridiculously slow and Republic bank and others always and I mean always have their stuff done the same day as they get the direct deposit drop on transcripts and every time y’all don’t.. Is it because of the interest your trying to drawl off of it? Or the fact that people were over charged this year??

  Everyone else who had 2/9 deposits said they held money for like 4 days
