Does anyone please have answers to why SBTPG hasn’t released my refund yet. It was due to come today and hasn’t. Has this happened to anyone??? Just looking for some positive answers. Thank you

Call sbtpg press which ever language you prefer press 3 type in 6 random numbers when prompted press 1 and you will get through to customer service.

I just checked sbtpg website and it now says the amount paid to me is 0.00 instead of what I’m supposed to be getting (like it’s been saying) I’m so confused.

Same here. They’ve had my money since last Friday. They’ve been collecting interest on it I’m sure. I will never never have my fees taken out of my refund again. I’d love to talk to who’s ever in charge at SBTPG . Let em know what a POS they are for holding onto people’s hard earned money for so long before they give it up. OMG this s*** pisses me off
