    Confused

      On a doc. I signed to allow SBTGP to process my refund so they could take out the preparers fee, I just noticed that it says if the state comes first then it will be used to pay prep, processing, & transfer fee.

      My state alone doesnt even cover the whole tax prep fee.

      1. My question is will the state refund be completely gone once it is deposited with them?

      2. Does SBTPG send your funds to ur bank account as soon as they are sent to them?

          From what i saw the fee was 5.00……however thats new to me this year, taxslayer has never charged a fee for sbtgp… just their 12-15 dollar fee……and when they get it that day r the next morn its sent. from there its up 2 your bank
