Still unfunded on SBTPG have 2/23 DDD ugh

My ddd is 2/23 and the sbtg site shows funded and paid to me already at 1:36 pm est.

Please check sbtpg website. Once you can login and you are able to check that robot box a couple of times and it will time out on you maybe 4 times and then you can click check status. If it shows zeros and unfunded. Just let it sit on that page, after a minute , information will start to show up little by little. And then all info will be there for you. I just checked it and I can see funded with bank last four numbers, fees and so on. Hope this helps

Mine did that too. It takes some time to load, but at first mine came up unknown, then everything updated. Keep checking, it should definitely update to funded for you today. Also, mine states that it is being sent to my bank today 2/22. Good luck to all!

I started checking around 10:00 today could not getting through. Check around 11:30 is that funded but the payment to TurboTax is not collected

When I finally get through on SBTPG it says unfunded but all my other info says unknown (amount, deposit info, etc) when previously all the info was there. Hopefully this is a fluke?

Good Morning IGMR Fam!
Finally got SBTPG to load. And I’m funded! That was at about 11:25 am EST. Just waiting on the funds to hit my account sometime today. DDD 2/23, but SBTPG says sent today, 2/22. Bank with Wells Fargo, no advance, fees taken out of refund. Filed 1/30/23, was PATH & claimed EITC & CTC 😊

Yeah I can’t even log in right now. The box for View refund status is greyed out. And the “I’m not a robot” thing isn’t there. I just tried to call and their phones are down too.

I still can’t get in keep getting a message pop up saying the site is slow due to processing. You’d think they’d have their site set so that doesn’t happen.

I tried the automated number twice, and I am unable to get any information on my details. It automatically wants to send me over to a representative. I do not have any offsets. I did not get the advance through TT but I did have the fees taken out through my refund.

I didn’t have fees. Only the advance so at first it only said my refund hadn’t been received. When it funded, it gave me the “expected refund amount” Waiting for CK now. I’ll post when my deposit comes

I called this morning too and it gave me my refund amount with the fees taken out. Does that mean it’s funded. Or does it actually say “funded” when you call?

I called, 8779087228. I was funded at 4:15am EST
Waiting for CK to complete the deposit. If things go the same as 2/22 deposits, I should have my refund this afternoon!!! Happy birthday to meeeeee!!!!!!!
