SBBT-Update time?

I am expecting my refund and day, well, hour now. Anyone know what time SBBT updates? I am not getting any favorable results on the website or the automated # yet. Just curious…

Sbtpg updated and sent a check authorization to my preparer & she told me she couldn’t print my check until Thursday.. Smh sounds like a bunch of bulls**t to me ?

I’ve been with TT for more then 6 yrs and Sbtpg has always updated the day before my DDD I use HigherOne and it’s usually their either the morning of or the afternoon of my deposit date, never a day later.

The first year this happened to me I almost had a heart attack lol, 15yrs of tax refunds and never a glitch, then 5 yrs ago I was 1121, cant even remember what it meant , on the phone all day everyday with the IRS lol, they all lie or are told to just keep everyone calm. I am very certain most people will be very pleased in the morning and all will be well. There are just so many different banks involved and they all process differently and everyone panics and gets the information wrong and with the pre-paids posting 2-3 days earlier it sends everyone into a frenzy. Best way to get your refund the honest to god soonest and cheapest, do it yourself use whoever is cheap or free, pay your fee’s upfront and get it on a netspend card. There are a lot of sites that will do taxes for free these days, I use TT because I’m to lazy to put all my info for four kids in again lol.

I’m getting my refund DD into my bank account with TT fee’s taken out. I called SBBT earlier today and the lady said they would probably get it on the 10th and then I would get it the next day. I hope its the way you all are explaining it, that they get it tomorrow and ends up hitting my account on the 10th. Checked their website still haven’t received my refund/fee’s yet. Lets hope they get ours tomorrow. If not I’m going to wake up wednesday and rage so hard at SBBT/TT/IRS. They will all feel my wrath :D.

Up until laster year, SBBT has always gotten my tax return on, and deposited to my bank account, my DDD. Last year, however, they got my DD the day before, and my card posted it the next morning, Walmart Money Card. It seems like the same will be true this year too, since my page still isn’t showing anything.

I just went through and looked at peoples posts from last years tax time, and what the time frame was for SBBT. Typically SBBT shows that they receive your funds the day before your DDD and then release it immediately, it is then up to your bank or pre-paid to let you have it early or hold it for another 24hrs. Look for updates on SBBT tomorrow starting at around 8am

They are every year, and every year more and more people use that route to pay for tax prep, it only costs an additionAL 30 bucks so people do it.

ive been checking all day and nothing has changed im in midwest so i even waited for 11 there time to see a change. nothing. slow wait when you are counting on that money at a certain time.

my problem is that first when i logged in it said irs didnt send refund by expected date 1-1-0001 now its back to the default we dont have funds message. i am really not sure what goin on at this point.

So Finally I get a DDD of 2/10/16 I called SBBT to see how the process works as to when they release funds this idiot tells me that they are backed up so it may be 24 to 48 hours after they receive funds to release them ….yeah right as if I haven’t been waiting long enough!

I sometimes think they’re update times are automatic. Last year, I got a notification at 2:00 AM (in the morning) central time and it was in my bank around 10:00 AM same day. So I am not sure, but am patiently waiting.

Just checked SBBT from last year, and they received deposit from IRS on Tuesday 2/10/15 — Sooooo I am wondering if it will be later today, or tomorrow they will receive funds

Omg I’ve heard that they will open at 10, 12, and 3 est now. What kind of bank opens at noon? Lol we’ve all learned a lesson about those fees..

Sbbt has basically just opened. They are on pacific time. They should get funds from IRS today and see them around 3est. They release to your bank same day.

Each year I use TT and its sent to sbb&t for the fees. Each year it’s close to 11:00am before I see it at sbb&t. Then early afternoon I have it available at my bank.

Lady K I know that’s the website. I’m talking about a “desktop” website. One that usually differs from the websites you see on your phone or tablet. I just don’t believe sbbt has one this year, as I’ve checked on my phone and computer and the site is the same. Previous years, you could check on the site to ensure that your banking info and everything is correct, get a trace number when they received your refund, etc. However, this year the site is very generic.

They are on pacific time. It is like 5:26 there now. Sptg opens at 6am..im in georgia its 8:27 here. Hope deosits start showing today…

I’ve been unable to find the full site for this year. I miss being able to get nature they have my correct info. Dunno why they would take that option away. It’s even the same site when using a computer, rather than a mobile device. Makes no sense

Does anyone know how to get to their full site? Last year people were able to look at their complete account. Trace number and all. When a trace number was issued that’s how people knew their funds were about to be released. Now it doesn’t give a full site option on dashboard.

Hey just keep checking sbbt updates anytime throughout the day or odd times in the morning. Last year mine showed up at 10 pm. Good luck!
