@kate
Have you received your refund yet? Republic Bank has told me that it will take them 21 days after the IRS sent the refund. UGH!

Has anyone received their refund yet? I was due for DD on 2/10/16 and Republic Bank has no record of receiving it, but according to the IRS “where’s my refund” they sent it on the 10th. I used Tax Act and opted to have the E-file fee deducted from my refund, first time doing this, so I guess it has to go to Republic Bank first and then they sent it to my Chase bank account. Is anyone having this problem or has had it in the past? I would like to know when I will receive my money, since its been 2 days now and I am getting worried!

I went to republictaxpayer site and when I put in my info it says Invalid Log In. Does that mean that my deposit hasn’t been sent yet or is it not letting me in because I didn’t opt for the Serve card?

Hope this helps people waiting for Sbbt update. Last year, Sbbt did not update until after 9:00 am east coast time. The deposit onto my netspend occurred around 4:00 pm.

Yes, but these sites are only for those that elected to have tax prep fees taken out of their refunds.

These banks are used by the tax prep software used if you only paid to do your taxes. If you filed free it won’t go to these locations
