      Question:

      What does it mean on the SBBT website when your deductions change but it still says they have not received your refund… I mean why would they show what they have deducted? This changed happened yesterday. Does anyone know what it means?

          I called and mine only shows the amount that i was advanced. I still cant access the site.

            When I called before Friday the recording only stated the amount of the advance loan but this morning the recording tells me when I filed my return and they haven’t received my funding yet… but this is what’s odd… if you haven’t received my funding why are you calculating deductions? IJS

              UGH I still cant get in! It wouldnt let me all day yesterday and as of this morning i still cant. I did call and looks like I only have gotten my small advance and my transcripts state 2/24/21

                I’m not sure but since I got accepted on the 12th of February until Thursday the chart just showed a fee of around $40. When I checked last night it showed the full fees.
