Hi Teresa When I called account now around 6pm tonight my card was saying it was going to post today but I kept calling it never post. I spoke with customer service and she said they have it but will not post till tomorrow. I was like wow been with them for about 7years can’t believe they didn’t post it early because I get my paycddheck two days early

Hi yall. I just checked sbbt website and it says they have isuued my funds. Still hasn’t hit my bank account yet. Last year I got my refund a day r two early from my account now card. Not sure whats going on this year!

so i just got off the phone with sbbt after repeatedly trying to log into their site and having an error of “no records found with ssn # or filing status.”shown. i was told by a sbbt rep that sbbt has received my refund and is just waiting for a trace number from my bank saying it was received. i have a Control card and paychecks show as soon as it is deposits, so its a little confusing but with fingers crossed im hoping to see the money early tomorrow or even late tonight. By the way even though sbbt says they have the funds WMR is still on two bars.

Just spoke with someone at SBBT and was told it can take 24 hours before it actually shows in your banks system as a ACH deposit so looks like we will be seeing out deposits tomorrow…..DAMN DAMN DAMN after this long horrendous tax season to get it early would have bee nice OH WELL!

Ok i have now called sbbt twice today. I keep getting a message that there is no new information about my account. When i called yesterday it said that they haven’t recieved my deposit yet. Anyone else have this happen?

I filed on 1/30 accepted same day – approved my the IRS on Monday. SBBT just released my refund as well. Just waiting on the bank to release the funds to my account . Original DDD was 2/10

Mind are not showing either. I have use TT for 6 yrs now and always have fees taken out. Mind usually shows later in the day. But AWESOME news for others that see theirs!!!

SBBT will update throughout the day. In years past, I would check in the morning and they didn’t show it but later they would. So don’t panic if you don’t see it yet. They send it to your bank quickly after receiving. It will be in bank by tomorrow.

Ok am I the only one that sbbt hasn’t received my deposit from the irs. My mom and i both have a ddd of 2/10 yet our accounts don’t show anything pending and sbbt site says they has not received our deposits. So does that mean we won’t get our dd on 2/10?

I have never seen my funds posted to sbbt before 1pm est and it hits my netspend acct by 5pm.

Well I’m with netspend an patiently waiting for sbbt to take the $151 fees out that I owe an then send me my money, have to say I feel a little bit better knowing there’s some who haven’t received their refund yet either, will update if any change please anyone do the same thanks ;)

Yeah that’s what I’ve noticed as well. You would think since we paid fees they would do a better job at getting our refunds to us. I’m hoping when they open at 6am (9am Est) they’re updated.
